The Weekend Roundup - I

Today's prompts: Starts with I, Favorite, Inside

Starts with I: INDIAN starts with an I. This statute is located at Remington Park in Oklahoma City. We were waiting for racing to start when I saw the evening sun shining on this statute.

Favorite: IRIS starts with an I. This one is especially beautiful. Love the colors.

Inside: Dillon and Sleepy are INSIDE this horse trailer. They are on their way to the horse dentist. He will float their teeth. Horse's teeth continue growing throughout their lifetime, so their teeth can develop sharp edges. This can cause them to have problems eating, holding a bit, or cause pain. The vet will smooth and contour their teeth. I'm posting a video. Hope it works.

Just Because: INVITATION starts with I. This is the INVITATION TO MY 50th class reunion. I didn't attend. We went to Wyoming instead.

And Finally: How about another INDIAN. This isn't a real INDIAN, although sometimes I tell him hello when I stop by our friend's house. :)

What the Heck, One More: This INDIAN sculpture is at the Chickasaw Cultural Center in Sulphur, OK.

  1. ...'I' was custom made for you! 'I' love all of your 'I'ndian images. The 'I'ris is a beauty. This style horse trailer 'I's common over here. 'I' didn't go to my fiftieth either. Thanks Betty for the visit, have a great week.

  4. I love that last Indian...well, I like that first one, too. Irises are one of my favorite flowers.

  5. Really nice "I's", Betty. Lots of Indian history in Oklahoma. We had horses on our farm while I was growing up (think I told you I rode one to a country high school for my first two years) but I don't remember them ever needing their teeth filed. Our vet made regular visits.
