Floral Friday

I love flowers of all kinds, but I'm partial to wildflowers. A friend of mine recently said she called them 'ditch flowers' as a youngster. That name fits these perfectly as both varieties are growing in ditches.

    "Ditch" flowers! Love it! I have never seen either of these pretties - so glad to make their acquaintance - especially the mimosa - makes me think of illustrations in a Dr. Seuss book! Happy Memorial Day to you!
