We were on the road early. The view was amazing.
We went to Deadwood last trip, so this time we didn't stop.
Right outside of Deadwood, the two travel lanes were stopped. I peeked up ahead and saw the road was blocked by these Bighorn Sheep. The truck was honking and edging forward, but they wouldn't move. We soon saw why.
This baby was crossing the road from out left. There was an oncoming car, but fortunately it saw the little guy and stopped. Little Guy ran across the road to join the herd.
We were able to slowly make it by the herd.
On the road again.
