Weekend Roundup - F

This week's assignment: Starts with F, Favorite, and Free.

Starts with F: FACE starts with F. This sculpture is located at the Chickasaw Cultural Center in Sulphur, OK.

Favorite: This FAMILY consists of several of my FAVORITE people. This is a picture of my Grandma and Grandpa and their 14 children, one of which is my mother.

Free: Unbeknownst to these cows, they are FREE. The FENCE is laying down on the ground. All they would have to do is step over it and head down the road.

Just Because: FOOD is always a good choice for F. Especially FRENCH toast.

And Finally: This is a throw I purchased from Society 6. It's a site where artists paintings can be made into household items and sold. The artist is a friend of mine. These colorful FEATHERS really caught my eye.

  5. Oops, Betty, I just got hungry for some pane perdu, French for 'lost bread.' I have three wheat boullos, Mexican Spsnish, that I will slice into two or three slices each Mrs. Jim just got the eggs out. I love your cows in the pasture too. We've followed the ridge a lot. Highway U.S. 75?

  7. Do you know how old the oldest was when the youngest was born? I am the youngest of 8 children, and I have a nephew that is about 5 1/2 weeks older than me!

  8. The Chickasaw warrior is so proud and majestic! Your family is wonderful, so large (and I'm saying this as one of seven) and posing with such love!

  9. What a great family photo, you certainly have to treasure those! I love French toast, but I've never had it with fruit and whip cream on top! Maybe I'm missing out on something! Have a good week, Betty!
