It's a Bird!

This lone blue heron graces our local pond every year. He is always lurking on the far side. When I try to get out of the car for a closer shot, he flies. These are the best I could manage.

I'll be 'off the grid' for a while. Hopefully I will come back with more bird shots.

    Those herons are a bit skittish - you'd think since they are so big they might be a bit bolder. Great shots.
